SILVER SOLID DIAMOND CUT WITH DIAMOND DUST GRILLZ
Each set comes with a free mold kit so you can take your mold impressions for that truly comfortable, perfect fit. Once you're done with your impressions, ship them back to us. We'll use your molds to craft the iced out bottom grillz to perfectly fit your teeth.
CUSTOM GRILLZ (MADE TO ORDER):
- Customers are responsible for providing us with a good mold impression. Our grillz are custom made to exactly fit the impressions we receive.
- Before we make your grillz, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Refunds will only be processed back to your original payment method.
- If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit set.
- If you chose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If we have not received good mold impressions within 60 days of your order, there may be additional charges due to any pricing changes that may have occurred since the time of your purchase.
- All sales on custom-fitted grillz are final once we begin production. Upon receiving the completed custom grill, you have seven days to notify us of any fitting issues or defects. We provide one free adjustment within this period (excluding single and double caps). Additional adjustments will incur a $70 fee, which includes another mold kit sent to you with shipping and insurance.
- Free adjustments are not available for any handset iced out grillz. Each piece is custom made to order based on the impressions.
CUSTOM JEWELRY (MADE TO ORDER):
- For custom designs, there is a non-refundable $300 deposit as a design fee that will apply towards the total purchase amount.
- Once the final design is confirmed by you, there are no returns or refunds on custom jewelry.
- For custom jewelry, if you choose to cancel your order prior to production, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund.
- All sales on custom jewelry are final once we begin production.
PRE-MADE GRILLZ AND JEWELRY:
- You may return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit under these conditions:
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition with all original packaging materials. We cannot accept returns on any used, damaged, or altered items.
- You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
- Once we receive your qualified return, we will initiate a refund back to the original payment method within two business days. Depending on your payment method, funds may take 3-5 business days to process.

US SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship via USPS on the next business day after receiving an order. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays. The buyer will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
- Standard shipping prices are as follows:
- USPS First Class - 3-5 days $4.99
- USPS Priority - 2-3 days $8.99
- USPS Express - 1-2 days $39.99
- The buyer must provide a valid shipping address. Packages that are returned back to us due to an invalid address can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
- You can view our most updated international shipping quotes during checkout or contact us for more information.
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other regional charges and are not included in our shipping charge.
- Packages returned back to us due to non-payment of import duties can be reshipped at customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.
- We currently offer international shipping for custom-fit grillz to US APOs/FPOs, as well as the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Depending on what you ordered, you can expect the following:- Custom Grillz - We will send mold kits within 1 business day.
- Custom Pendants - We will send a shipment confirmation, but the package will not be shipped for 6-8 weeks to allow for production.
- Custom Jewelry - We will send a shipment confirmation, but the package will not be shipped until production is finished, which varies from design to design.
- Pre-made Jewelry - We will send your order out within 1 business day.
- A Mix - We will ship out the physical products within 1 business day and then send a second package with your custom jewelry if ordered. (If you ordered a chain with a custom pendant, we will hold the chain until the pendant is completed.)

How do payment plans work?
- We offer flexible payment plans through Affirm, Klarna, and Shop Pay, allowing you to split your total into smaller, interest-free installments while we begin processing your order. If you don’t get approved, we also offer a layaway option to help you secure your grillz.
How do the mold kits work?
- We send youmolding kits with easy-to-follow instructionsto create an impression of your teeth. After completing your mold, simply send it back to us so we can custom-fit your grillz.

- 10k gold has 41.6% gold and is the least expensive gold option. It has less luster but it is the most durable and strongest against bending and scratching.
- 14k gold has 58.3% gold. It has medium hardness and durability, and a bright luster. 14k gold has the best balance of color, durability, and cost.
- 18k gold has 75% gold and is the most expensive option that we offer. It has a very bright luster, offering a deeper, richer yellow color. Due to its higher gold content, it is the most tarnish-resistant, but it's also softer and more prone to bending.
